The house itself has 80 m2 in size and consists of a 2 persons bedroom, hallway with a storage room, bathroom, kitchen, living room and 2 terraces. The space is fully adapted to the needs and wishes of a modern lifestyle (air conditioning, WiFi, TV, satellite programs, parking, microwave, oven, bed linen and towels). The bedroom, living room and kitchen are air conditioned, and in the bedroom and living room there are televisions. In the living room there are 2 comfortable sofas that can easily be converted into beds for 2 more people. The kitchen is richly equipped with quality appliances and accessories.
The front and back terraces are a place for relaxation, drinking coffee, rest and sunbathing. Next to the rear terrace is a solar shower. Behind the house there is an olive garden with a grill for preparing barbecued meals with a large dining table. The whole property is fenced, intimate and highly suitable for a family vacation with children.
The nearest beach is 5 km away and is located in Posedarje. You can swim on the city beach (gravel) or on a sandy beach in the bay Sv. Duh, which is particularly suitable for families with children. In the 15 km surroundings you can find a wide variety of beaches (depth, shallow, rock, gravel, sand...), from wild beaches to city and hotel beaches.
Those looking for fun, the popular beach Zrće on Pag is 70 km away (1.5 hours drive) and we suggest you to visit it.
For fun, you can choose bungee jumping from the Maslenica bridge (15 km), rafting on the Zrmanja river (29 km), climbing or hiking in Paklenica (30 km), adventure park in Kožino (25 km) or spending a day at Fun Park Mirnovec in Biograd (38 km), parasailing, cycling, etc.
