Apartment Marko, 350 m from the sea. Marko will be happy to take you on a boat trip by mutual agreement and, if interested, will also prepare a typical Dalmatian dinner for you. Although you are just a few steps from the center of events, you will be accommodated in a pleasant street where no noise will disturb you. Restaurants, refreshments and shops 2 min. walk from the property.
The premises are completely newly furnished (in 2023). On the promenade, which is 2 min. from the property, a number of festivals take place throughout the summer (gastrofestivals, sailing, fig and olive festivals), classical and popular music concerts, dancing under the stars and so on.
Comfortable free parking spaces are available right next to the house.
What awaits you in the area: The oldest royal town of Nin. Freely accessible deposits of healing mud. Sandy beaches with a gradual entry into the water, full beach service and places with natural shade in the pine forest. And also great pebble beaches and places for diving, snorkeling and jumping into the water around the entire peninsula (crystal clear sea). The entire coastline around the peninsula with a length of 35 km is waiting for you to discover it. We are happy to recommend other excursion destinations in the area. Zadar (sea organ, nightlife and picturesque historic center). The oldest royal city of Nin, known for its traditional salt collection. Hiking trails, bike, paddleboard and sports equipment rentals. Water attractions. Cities full of colors and seaside villages where time has stopped. Rivers with waterfalls, dolphin tours, nature parks. Mountains.
There is an apartment for 4 people on the 2nd floor with a spacious terrace and a view of the sea and the Velebit mountain range (1 bedroom + sofa bed in the living room, equipped kitchen, bathroom). The house also has a studio for 2 people on the lower ground floor (new, bright, clean, 1 living area with kitchen and sofa bed).
