Jelsa is located in a bay on the northern coast of the island of Hvar, which with its moderate climate, beautiful beaches, unique vegetation, historic and cultural heritage is considered as one of the most beautiful islands in the world. Of all the places on the island, Jelsa has numerous and most beautiful beaches. Besides its natural beauty, Jelsa is abundant with olive groves and vineyards, and some of the best Croatian wines come from Jelsa's vineyards and cellars.
The house is situated in a quiet part of Jelsa, 30 meters from the sea and the rocky beach. Not far from the house there are several small sand and pebble beaches. Around the house there are gardens in which there are many mediterranean plants such as olives, figs, pomegranates, lemons, rosemary ... and by the house is a forest. All these plants coupled with the proximity of the sea contributes to the unique relaxing and pleasant aroma.
Studio apartments are located on the ground floor. Each apartment has a bedroom with two beds and one extra bed, bathroom and kitchen. In front of the apartment, in the shade, is a terrace with tables, chairs and a garden with palm trees. Guests can use grill and WiFi internet. Also, in each room there are linens and a ceiling fan.
The apartment Ap4 is located on the first floor. It has two bedrooms and a small kitchen. Each room has two beds and one extra bed, fridge, toilet and a balcony on which there are table and chairs. The balcony has a sea view through the palm trees in the garden. Guests can use grill and WiFi internet. The rooms have also a ceiling fan and linens. It is also possible to rent only one room instead of the entire apartment.

The apartment Ap5 is located on the first floor. It has two bedrooms, large kitchen with dining room, living room and two toilets. Both rooms have two beds, one of the rooms also has an extra bed and a balcony with the table and chairs. The balcony is overlooking at the sea and a garden with palm trees. The kitchen is fully equipped. The living room has a LCD TV and a sofa, which can be expanded in two extra beds. In front of the apartment, between the pomegranate tree, olive tree and pine trees there is a terrace with table and chairs, and right next to the terrace is a barbecue which can be used. WiFi Internet is free. In the apartment there is linens, and also ceiling fans in every room, living room and kitchen.
