A Dalmatian type villa made of stone, on a very attractive and quiet location in Povlja on island Brač, in immediate vicinity to the beach and 300 meters distant from the center of Povlja.

Three one-bedroom and one studio apartment are in the ground floor of the villa.

The apartments can accommodate 2 adult persons and their maximum capacity is 3 adults, or 2 adults with 2 children up to 12 years of age.

The third person in apartments or the two children sleep on couches in the living room.

All apartments have separate entrances and also own terraces or balconies with furniture, a bedroom with a double-bed, a kitchen with dining area and living room in one large room, as well as bathrooms with showers.

SAT TV, air-conditioning, WLAN Internet and safe are standard equipment of all apartments and are not charged extra. We also don't charge the tourist tax extra.

Guests can use the washing machine for laundry that is located in a common space in the ground room, under extra charges.

Smoking is prohibited in the apartment (except on the terrace or balcony) and pets are also not allowed.

For reservations, 30% of the overall costs of accommodation must be affected in advance onto our bank account, the remaining amount is paid first day on arrival.

Second kid at extra charge 4 €/day between 07/07 - 23/08 only.
