The complex of Apartments “Marina”and ap. Marin are located on the ISLAND of CIOVO, a small offshore island connected with the town of TROGIR by a drawbridge. It’s a new, modern house consisting of a ground floor and two upper floors, surrounded by the greenery of a well-tended garden. It is situated in a small holiday resort called SLATINE, 5km away from TROGIR. When you spot a yellow traffic sign with the name of the place – SLATINE, 30 metres after the yellow traffic sign and 15 metres on the right in the little street at the address PIŠCINE 1, you will find our holiday house.

The complex of our holiday accommodation apartments consists of five separate units:
1. APARTMENT A (2+1 persons)
Situated on the first floor, about 40m2 big is consisting of one bedroom, well equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom with shower and WC, 25m2 large terrace with the sea-view.
2. APARTMENT B (2+2 persons)-
Situated on the first floor, 50m2 big is consisting of two double rooms, a well- equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and WC, 25m2 large terrace with the sea-view.
3. APARTMENT C (4+1 persons)
Situated on the ground floor, 55m2 big is consisting of two double rooms, one with an extra bed, well-equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and WC, 30m2 large terrace with the sea-view.
4. APARTMENT D (2+2 persons)
Situated on the ground floor, 45m2 big is consisting of two double rooms, large living room, well- equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower and WC,terrace of 14 m2.
5. APARTMENT E (5+1 persons)
Situated on the top floor, 80m2 big is consisting of two bigger bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other for two children, a living room with a couch for an extra person, well-equipped kitchen with dish-washer, microwave oven and all necessary appliances, bathroom with shower and WC, an additional WC. The living room has a glass door, 4m large that enables a beautiful sea-view, giving access to 25m2 large terrace.
In front of the house there is a beautiful, well-tended garden with barbecue and a big dining table suitable for the guests’ gathering.
We can organize one–day excursions on demand: excursions by boat including food and drinks; rafting on the Cetina River, 50 km east of Trogir.
Tennis courts are also available on demand.
There is a parking lot for our guests, parking place for a boat-trailer and anchorage for their own boat.
Holidaymakers will find numerous taverns and restaurants in the nearby towns and small holiday resorts offering Dalmatian specialities, particularly delicious fresh fish dishes and various meat and vegetable specialities.
ACCOMMODATION HOUSE “MARIN”
The house “MARIN” is located at 500m distance from the apartment complex “Marina”. It offers an apartment for (4 persons), consisting of two bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and WC, air conditioning, two shady terraces and a barbecue.

THE PRICE includes: air conditioning in July and August, water, gas, electricity, cooking appliances, weekly change of bed linen.
Tourist tax is extra charged: 0,50 Euro p.p. per day in the off- season, 0,80 Euro p.p. par day in the full season. Children up to 12 do not pay any taxes; teenagers pay half of the price.
Arrival after 14 p.m., departure up to 10 a.m.
If you decide to book one of our apartments we shall ask you to pay20% of the total amount in advance.
In the off-seasons from 01.09.– 01.07.use of air conditioning will be charged as follows:
7 Euro per day in the apartments A, B, C, D and 10 Euro per day in the apartment E (Marina apartments) and “Marin” holiday house.
