The apartments Zdenka are situated in the house in Valkane, a quiet area of family houses, shops and restaurants, a suburb of Pula located only 3 km from the city core. The house is almost on the seashore; it takes only 3 minutes walk to get to the beach that is partly covered with pebbles, and partly in blocks of concrete and natural stone. The house with its 3 comfortable apartments has a huge veranda and shadowy parking places in front of it. The yard is covered with green and flowers, and in the backyard there is a charming corner for guests’ pick nicks with a gas grill, table chairs and sink. 2 of the 3 apartments are each for 6 persons. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, 3 double rooms, living room,bathroom, toilette, terrace and balcony, air conditional. Each apartment measures 100 m2 + terrace 15m2 + balcony 4m2. The third apartment is on the ground floor and it is suitable for 4 persons. Its exit leads directly to the shadowy backyard. The apartments has a double room, bathroom with shower and toilette, kitchenette and a living room with a couch that turns to a bed suitable for 2 persons. The apartment measures 47 m2 + 20m2 of veranda in front of the apartment. Each apartment has a satellite TV, air condition and security box. Blankets, towels, dish-clothes and cleaning products are included in price of the apartment.
