In slope location, at the foot of the Velebit-mountains is this new built apartment house with 4 separate dwelling units on an approx. 1.200 m² sized plot. The house with a whole floor space of approx. 270 m² offers two apartments on the ground floor and two apartments on the first floor. A fifth apartment with an size of approx. 50 m² (which is currently a carcass) is in the cellar. All apartments offer a good and well thought out room sharing. Each apartment has a living-/dining place with kitchen, a bedroom, bathroom and two balconies. Kitchen and bathrooms have tiled floors, in the bedrooms and in the living room are laminate floors. The cellar-apartment also have tiled floors. Each apartment can be reached through a staircase. The house is aligned to the South/West. The yard is fully decorated with grass, flowers and fruit trees and olive trees. From the property you have a wonderful view to the surrounded nature landscape and to the sea. All supply like markets, restaurants, doctor offers the town Starigrad. A beach and a nice promenade are at the approx. 800 m away sea. A berth for the own boat is possible there.Entrance to the National Park Paklenica is located only 200 meters from the apartment. The motorway exit is approx. 5 km away. The city Zadar can be reached within 20 minutes by car.
