The apartment Tihana with the ground-plan of 80 square metres, for 4-6 adult people ,is located 100m away from the sea on the Northern side of the bay. It is situated at the same distance from the sports centre ( tennis courts, volley- ball playground, golf –course, football and basketball playgrounds, hotel swimming pools, nice beaches and 300m from the town centre. There is a grocery shop, pharmacy and the first- aid station close by (200m).
Around our house there is a garden 1100m large.
The apartment consists of 4 rooms: 3 spacious bedrooms with 3 double bed, modern well equipped kitchen, living room with an extra double - bedded sofa and a modern bathroom with shower. All the rooms have balconies and air – conditioning.
There is also a coffee appliance, a large refrigerator with freezer, electric stove, electric and gas cooker, TV sets with satellite programs, hi-fi,dvd, fire-place ,wi-fi available.
Tax is not included, 1 euro per day per adult people.
For bookings of 15 days in low season discount 10%
Discounts can not be cumulated.
Two bicycles available to guests.
For reservation is necessary to pay 30%.

In the garden there is garden furniture and sun loungers. The building is air conditioned, equipped with three LCD TV, hi-fi, modern kitchen / two rings and gas oven / i dishwasher.
Ideal for families with small children and the garden is shaded by olive trees from which the reasons object invisible. The first beach is 150 m from the hotel and restaurant, and the building is located equidistant from the center and hotel complex and sports center 300 m
